Using callback

If you want to use Callex from a country where there is no local access number you can use our callback service. Callback means that Callex will call you back after you have dialed our callback number and hung up. A summary of the key commands used can be found here.

Activate callback

To use callback you'll first have to setup your Callex account to use callback. Go to the section Register phone numbers and register the number you are calling from. Make sure to check the box "Enable callback". If the number you are calling from is already registered, use the "Edit" link for that number to enable callback.

Make a call using callback

To make a call using callback follow the steps below.

1. Dial the callback number

Dial the callback number +468800600.

2. Hang up on signal

Hang up when you here a signal. Callex will now call you back in a few seconds.

3. Answer the phone and dial number

Answer the phone when it rings and dial the number you wish to call.

4. Disconnect from callback or make a new call

When you're done with your call you may disconnect from the callback service by pressing keys #* on your phone or ## if you would like to make a new call.
